Boston Recruiter, Annie Morse

We love sharing with you our favorite customer’s tips to success, personal style, and funny moments that we can all relate too. Here, Annie Morse, a Boston-based Recruiter for an Environmental Engineering Consulting Firm, spills the beans on her recruiter work style. This Boston gal has great taste in clothes as well as food.

Describe your work style.

Tailored and Classic. My favorite brands for work are J Crew, Tory Burch, Vince Camuto, and Calvin Klein.

Power outfit.

Navy blazer, white structured button-down, green high-waisted suit pants and my navy Stuart Weitzman ballet flats.

Let’s talk food.

Italian, if it’s a genre, and Lobster Ravioli if I had to pick one thing.

Work travel – it’s a love hate relationship. How do you do it?

I travel to college campuses a lot for work. My craziest experience was when I touched down in Chicago on a crisp sunny day last winter…which turned into a three day blizzard. I was in complete lock-down in my hotel and the roads were closed in Urbana. Thank goodness for Bravo TV!

My go to flight outfit: Tory Burch flats or my white Supergas, black leggings, a black t-shirt and a black cashmere sweater.

I always fly an extra white ironed button down shirt. It will always work for any occasion or meeting, and is good to have just in case!

Client meeting style.

My go-to: black suit pants, a fitted black T-shirt or sleeveless top with a blazer that pops (my favorite is a navy and black Rebecca Taylor). (Ours too!)

Happy Hour.

Margaritas! A bright dress with a navy blazer over the shoulder just in case it gets chilly when the sun goes down.
