We are so lucky to curate amazing products with all your favorite brands. While we wish we could add our special touch on every piece we send out, your package will come from one of our partner retailers. But don't worry, they are professionals! They will be sending your package and processing your returns, but a Bellgray girl is also at your assistance if you need anything. 

We only partner with retailers with straightforward shipping and flexible return policies. Our current retail partners offer free shipping within the United States with any order, so you can buy and try without the commitment. 

 

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING FEES?

WE OFFER FREE STANDARD SHIPPING IN THE U.S., ALL THE TIME.

Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 3-6 business days after receipt of your order. We offer standard shipping which is always free. 

 

WHAT IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER?

If you have any problems with your recent order (charged the wrong amount, received the wrong item, etc.), please directly contact Bellgray at info@shop-bellgray.com or reply to your order confirmation email for assistance.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Since all items are shipped directly from our affiliate retailers, shipping times vary depending on where your item is coming from. We will send you tracking information as soon as your order ships.

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?

Once you have submitted your order you will receive an order confirmation email from Bellgray with all of your order details and contact information. If you need to cancel or amend your order, you should immediately contact us with these order details and your request. There is only a small window of time in which we can make these changes, so unfortunately we can not guarantee your request will be fulfilled.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

Once you have submitted your order, you will be emailed an order confirmation, showing that your order has been received successfully. As soon as the retailer ships out your items, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation with tracking numbers. If you did not receive this order confirmation, please reach out directly to us.

DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING?

Nope! and no minimums. Don’t love it? Return it for free, too. We mean it.

CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?

Our retailers unfortunately do not offer this option. 

WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS / SHIPPING?

We unfortunately do not offer this service at this time. We just ship within the United States. Canada coming soon!
